With over 22 years of hair expertise, Patricia Musselman’s journey in the beauty industry is one of passion, dedication, and creativity. It all began at Legends, a beloved local salon that later became Salon74. For 14 incredible years, Patricia honed her craft and built lasting connections in the community.

In 2014, she embarked on her entrepreneurial dream and opened Belo Blow Dry Bar in Laguna Beach, inspired by her summers in Brazil. Growing up, Patricia experienced the luxury of salon blowouts and knew she wanted to bring that same effortless beauty and care to the U.S. Her vision was simple: “Why wash and blow-dry your own hair when you can have it professionally done? It’s convenient, affordable, feels amazing, and leaves you looking incredible!”

Nine years later, fate brought Patricia back to where her journey first began. She seized the opportunity to acquire the space that started it all, transforming it into Belo Salon in Rancho Santa Margarita.
